A mistake was made on a personalized item I purchased, can I get a replacement?Yes, please send a picture of your product (please also include your order number) to info@blucrescentengraving.com and describe what changes are needed. A replacement will be sent to you at no extra cost. A request for a replacement must be made within seven days after receiving the item. Can I cut food on my engraved board?Yes, but we recommend using the non-engraved side to maintain the integrity of the engraved design. The types of wood we use are very hard and durable but can develop scratches if sharp knives are used. If you want to keep your board perfectly intact, cut food on a separate cutting board, and use your engraved board to serve and display. And be sure to gently wash and oil your board after each use! If properly cared for, these pieces can last a lifetime. A care card is included with every purchase.
