Return & Refund Policy

All sales are final and non-refundable; whether the item(s) was purchased online or at an event. Blu Crescent Engraving provides custom orders and reserves the right to decline returns on items that have been produced especially for the customer.

If there is a problem or mistake concerning your order, contact us immediately, and we will do our best to resolve any issues you may have.

Replacements for mistakes:

If we made a mistake on a personalized product, please send a picture of your item to info@blucrescentengraving.com and what changes are needed. A replacement will be sent to you at no extra cost. A request for a replacement must be made within 7 days after receiving the item.​*As all wood pieces are unique, please be aware that the wood grain and shape will vary.

Damaged pieces:

If a piece arrives damaged, please send a picture of your damaged item in the box and its original packaging to info@blucrescentengraving.com, and a replacement will be sent to you at no extra cost.​ A request for a replacement must be made within 7 days after receiving the item.​ *As all wood pieces are unique, please be aware that the wood grain and shape will vary.
